Free Fitness Taster Session – 25th January 2017 – 7 – 9pm

Between 7pm – 9pm we will be holding 4 x 30-minute taster sessions for our Bootcamp and Fun Fit Jump classes, so you can give them a try and see what you think!!

7pm – Bounce Bootcamp
7.30pm – Bounce Bootcamp
8pm – Fun Fit Jump
8.30pm – Fun Fit Jump

You can join in classes, talk to our fitness instructors Helen and Alex about getting started in 2018,  learn about our loyalty card scheme and discounted block bookings that we have available.

There is no need to book for the fitness taster session, but each fitness taster session is limited to 70 people.  You can join in more than one fitness taster session if there is space, but you must allow 15 minutes prior to your first taster session for safety briefing and check-in.

You can bring your mates along and make a night of it – see who can burn the most calories – you won’t be sorry!

This is for all abilities – so no excuses!!

We’re giving away free socks for everyone who attends the event too.

While you’re there why not grab a loyalty card for the fitness sessions, and get your first stamp on the evening? You then only need to attend 5 more sessions and we’ll give you a free one!!
