  • Please only one spectator per jumper for the moment
  • Please observe queuing guidance and signage
  • Please use contactless payment where possible
  • Please book online and complete your waiver online to reduce time on site
  • Parties not running at the moment but you can pre-reserve without deposit from September
  • Maximum 10 people on inflatable
  • No fitness classes for the moment
Pre-Arrival
1.

Before you get here you will, of course, need to book your session.  We do offer on-the-day availability but please be aware that we don’t guarantee any room on the day if you have not pre-booked, much as with other places to go with the kids.  Certain sessions will obviously be busier than others so please bear this in mind if leaving booking until the last minute.

When you book you will receive a confirmation email.  If you don’t get this then please check your junk mail, as we may well have ended up there!

2.

You will also need to complete your Risk Acknowledgment before you are allowed to jump.  The easiest way to do this is online in advance of you coming to the trampoline park.  If you haven’t had a chance to do this, then there are waiver stations on-site but be aware that, on busy days, there may be a queue to use them and this could impact your jump time.

3.

Put on something comfortable!  There are certain rules about sharp buckles and you must wear Jump Rush socks but, aside from this, it’s making sure that you have on loose, comfortable clothing and layer up depending on the weather as it may be hotter or colder in the park.  If you already have a pair of Jump Rush socks from a previous visit, please don’t forget them as you will have to purchase a new pair if you don’t have them.

4.

Make yourself aware of our Jump Safe rules.  Although you will have a full safety briefing on the day; trampolining can be dangerous – make sure you aren’t putting yourself in danger.

On-Arrival
1.

Please allow 20 MINUTES before your booked jumping time to arrive at the park.  This is for your check-in, risk acknowledgement and safety briefing process. Bring your booking reference with you.  Once you have completed your Risk Acknowledgment, then you will need to check in at the desk.  There are two check-in areas – one for pre-booked tickets and one for on-the-day bookings.  One of our Jump Rush crew will check you in.

2.

You will need to go through a safety briefing – and yes, this will be the same for every time you come in!  A bit like driving, we can all get a little lazy with obeying the rules, so although it may seem like a bore if you’ve already done it, it may just help keep you safer so please pay attention every time.  Our crew may ask questions at the end just to check you were listening!  You will get a stamp on the day to say that you have completed the briefing.

3.

We have on-site lockers for keeping your stuff, although please be aware that everything is left at your own risk.  You will need to put on your Jump Rush socks and have your hand stamped during the safety briefing before you will be allowed on the trampolines.  If you are accompanying a jumper, you can make your way to the cafe area to observe all the action!

Happy Jumping!
