This ain’t no kids trampoline park session! Friday nights are LIT at Jump Rush with a trampolining exclusive night featuring playlists inc. Dua Lipa, Sam Fender, Jess Glynne, Harry Styles, Drake, Doja Cat.
A full 1-hour or 2-hour session with the lights and sounds blasting for your Friday night.
Trampolining access is across all of our jump zones, including reaction wall, ninja zone and half pipe.
All booked LIT Fridays sessions include a hotdog* and mini slush. Socks are £1.50 extra if needed.
Your session ticket also includes 50 redemption tickets for Pleasureland Amusement Arcade. This is given to you in the form of a ticket that you can redeem at the arcade.
LIT Fridays trampolining sessions can be booked in advance or pay on the day, but be aware that there is no guarantee of availability on the day. All children 11 and under should be supervised by an adult when on site.

Trampoline Areas
With over 100 individual trampolines in our general jumping area, including wall beds and tumble beds, you can bounce, bounce, bounce baby! Just remember to keep to your own trampoline. No kids trampoline parks here in this session!
Get in training and take on your ninja skills in our specialist ninja zone – with obstacle course, ladder, double-hanging pole and ropes, you will need ninja strength and lightening speed to complete.
3 spectacular ways of leaping onto our giant airbag. Take your pick from a 1m drop onto the airbag launch trampoline, tumble your way down the tumble track, or dare you make the leap from our 2m tower?!!
In a game of balance, coordination and upper body strength, you can take on your opponent to see who will fall from the battle beams first. Let battle commence!
We have two hoops ready to bounce and drop and practise your shooting and trampolining skills. Make like a Fresh Prince and shoot some b-ball outsida school.
Hang on tight and be the fastest time of the day across our traverse wall, combining lightening reactions with upper body strength.
Show your skillz with this quirky little zone – where you can literally bounce off the trampolining walls!
Panther-like reactions are required for this test of speed and reaction. Will you be the fastest to hit those buttons?
Session Terms
This trampolining session is for those over 4 years old. You must respect the Jump Safe rules and obey court monitors at all times.
You must arrive twenty minutes before your session for your safety briefing. Only Jump Rush socks can be worn on trampolines.
